Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Financial Accountant to manage and analyze the financial health of our organization. This role involves preparing and reviewing key financial documents, supporting audit activities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and other financial documents to verify accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure timely month-end closings by calculating taxes, managing fixed assets, and updating ledger entries.

• Oversee the company’s annual external audit process and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

• Prepare and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded with attention to detail.

• Publish accurate financial statements within required timelines.

• Implement and monitor financial policies to ensure compliance and improve fiscal operations across departments.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control.

• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to foster strong, lasting client relationships.

• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to present complex financial data through clear, concise reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
