Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a portfolio of sealing products and industrial service solutions

Educate customers about new product offerings and pricing

Develop and monitor lead generation and sales plans

Handle moderately complex sales territories and client accounts

Negotiate service terms with customers under managerial guidance

Support performance evaluation and training for new team members

Maintain direct client communication and contribute to strategic sales growth

Independently plan and manage your territory with regular reporting
Qualifications:
-
Formal technical or engineering training, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of mechanical products/services (preferably in sealing systems or industrial solutions)

Strong communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to work in structured sales environments with moderate complexity
