Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our garment production operations. The ideal candidate will manage the full production cycle, from fabric cutting and embroidery to printing, tailoring, quality control, and final finishing. This role involves leading a team of 40+ staff, ensuring product excellence, efficiency, and on-time order delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities across tailoring, embroidery, digital printing, cutting, QC, and finishing departments.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians, artisans, and floor supervisors.

• Maintain high-quality standards and consistency across all product lines, including abayas, kaftans, T-shirts, promotional items, and corporate wear.

• Collaborate with design, procurement, and client service teams to ensure production aligns with client specifications and timelines.

• Monitor KPIs, address production bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement processes.

• Oversee material inventory, production scheduling, and capacity planning to accommodate varying demand levels.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor standards.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5–7 years in garment or apparel manufacturing, with experience in both traditional fashion and modern textile printing operations.

• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, embroidery, digital printing workflows, and fabric handling.

• Proven leadership skills in managing production teams and multi-department operations.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Excel or ERP-based production tracking tools.

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Production, Textile Engineering, or a related field preferred.
