As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle while building strong client and candidate relationships across high-profile infrastructure and energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships across the Middle East

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: from briefing to onboarding

• Source candidates via direct outreach, referrals, and digital platforms

• Write and post engaging job advertisements

• Deliver both contract and permanent recruitment across niche sectors

• Negotiate offers and business terms with clients and candidates

• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

• Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks

Requirements:

• Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised, resilient, and proactive

• Passion for recruitment and helping people advance their careers

• Background or interest in technical sectors (engineering, construction, energy) is a plus

• Ambition to grow within a supportive, high-growth consultancy
