Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.

• Handle employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.

• Ensure HR policy compliance and adherence to UAE labor laws.

• Maintain HR documents and accurate employee records.

• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and engagement activities.

• Support payroll processing in coordination with finance.

• Assist with statutory compliance and HR audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–4 years of HR experience in the retail sector is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
