Key Responsibilities:

• Perform operations and manage equipment for team wellsite performance

• Support engineers and specialists with essential duties such as risk analysis

• Learn the well construction process and understand the role of service companies

• Manage field operations, including engineering design, job planning, and reporting

• Contribute to continuous improvement culture across the business

• Assist with creating wellsite reports and post-job debriefings

• Gain supervisory responsibility and contribute to decision-making in field operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum degree or experience in a related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• A quick learner with the ability to solve problems

• A commitment to continuous improvement

• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
