Sunmarke School, part of the prestigious Fortes Education Group, is seeking an Arabic Teacher (UAE National) for an immediate start. Located in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai, Sunmarke is a leading international school offering a values-based, innovative educational experience. This is a full-time, on-site position suitable for experienced educators who hold UAE nationality (with a valid family book). Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Pupils:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils.

• Adapt communication methods to suit student needs.

• Address social, emotional, and mental health needs with appropriate support.

• Promote and enforce high standards of student behavior in line with the school policy.

• Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans.

• Support safe student transitions between activities and classrooms.

Teaching and Learning:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students with additional learning needs.

• Support a broad, balanced curriculum that maximizes student potential.

• Integrate ICT into lesson delivery to enhance learning.

• Observe and provide feedback on student progress and learning barriers.

• Assist class teachers in behavior management and maintaining classroom discipline.

• Maintain records and contribute to student progress reports.

• Promote and contribute to the ethos and community life of the school.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals.

• Share insights about students to aid in creating effective support strategies.

• Communicate with parents under teacher guidance, and participate in meetings.

• Collaborate across teams to support student well-being and academic growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• UAE National with valid family book (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language & Studies.

• 2–4 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong ability to collaborate and work within a team.
