Customer Service Advisor – Arabic Speaker (Online Fashion)
Concentrix Dubai , UAE

Concentrix is seeking an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisor for their Online Fashion sector. This remote full-time position involves providing customer service support via calls, chats, and emails. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the Luxury Retail or Hospitality industry, a passion for luxury, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails.

  • Ensure service meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries, clarify requirements, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Identify problems and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Maximize sales opportunities through cross-selling.

  • Stay updated on product/service developments to provide accurate information.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).

  • Previous experience in Luxury Retail/Hospitality is a plus.

  • Graduate in any stream, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills.

  • Able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, in all shifts.

  • Can join immediately (within 1-2 weeks).
