Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and installing custom woodwork, kitchen cabinetry, and other structures, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carpentry & Installation: Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials to build or install kitchen cabinetry, countertops, framing, and other custom woodworks.

• Precise Cabinetry Installation: Accurately install base cabinets, wall cabinets, drawers, and shelves, ensuring proper alignment and secure mounting.

• Demolition & Renovation: Safely remove old cabinetry, fixtures, and hardware, avoiding damage to walls, plumbing, and other structures.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or kitchen layout plans to ensure precision in execution of renovation designs.

• Collaboration: Work with designers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate workflow, ensuring project deadlines are met.

• Repairs & Renovations: Repair or replace damaged woodwork and structures as part of kitchen or renovation projects.

• Tool Operation & Safety: Operate power tools, hand tools, and other carpentry equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.

• Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications.

• Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly dispose of renovation debris.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1-2 years in carpentry, with a focus on cabinetry and kitchen structures.

• Education: Intermediate School or relevant vocational training in carpentry.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, skilled in using carpentry tools and equipment.

• Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including designers and other trades.

• Safety Conscious: Adherence to safety standards and regulations while operating tools and equipment.
