Your Mission:

As Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll drive the entire paid marketing engine from strategy to execution, helping us go viral across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-conversion paid campaigns for the launch of RealClub.com

• Run ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube

• Design and manage multi-step funnels for investors, gift buyers, and corporate clients

• Collaborate with Tech and Content teams to build and A/B test high-performing landing pages

• Use tools like GA4, Meta Pixel, and Tag Manager for performance tracking

• Analyze drop-off points and optimize conversion paths

• Launch and scale remarketing, lookalike, and value-based audiences

• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI, K-Factor) and optimize based on growth targets

• Work closely with AI Marketing and Referral teams to align performance initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in paid performance marketing (ideally in high-growth B2C SaaS or fintech)

• Strong grasp of funnel design, user acquisition, and ad optimization

• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center

• Experience with attribution models, UTM tracking, and performance analytics

• Data-driven mindset with a hunger for fast, measurable growth

• Excellent command of English and a strong testing & iteration approach
