• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years in mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers)

• 5+ years in design-build or real estate development

• 5+ years in a leadership role

• 2+ years of program/project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field

• Expertise in facility systems: electrical distribution, central utility plants, SCADA tools, and automation platforms

• Data center infrastructure knowledge: switchgear, generators, chillers, fire safety, and security systems

• Strong collaboration skills in matrixed, cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end program execution for Google’s Cable Landing Stations

• Perform land due diligence to identify cost and scheduling risks

• Guide design development and generate early pre-construction documentation

• Lead regional vendor prequalification, contracts, and permitting

• Mitigate critical path delays through site development de-risking
