Join a renowned Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi, celebrated for its authentic Neapolitan-style pizza and inviting atmosphere. We’re looking for a polished and professional Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional front-of-house service and enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists via a system or manual log

• Coordinate seating flow and collaborate with dining staff to ensure smooth service

• Maintain an organized, clean, and hospitable reception and entry area

• Address guest concerns and complaints tactfully and escalate to management as needed

• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a warm, service-driven environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Open to female candidates from Ukrainian & CIS nationalities, aged 35 and below

• Must have minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Adaptable, dependable, and composed under pressure
