About the Role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is a strategic and customer-facing role designed to bridge the gap between healthcare stakeholders and patient needs. As a PJP, you will act as the key connector between Roche and various players across the patient journey, including healthcare professionals, policymakers, and care organizations. Your ultimate goal: to remove barriers, co-create solutions, and maximize patient access to care.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to healthcare stakeholders across the patient journey.

• Identify roadblocks and opportunities to improve patient outcomes.

• Utilize digital tools and data insights to drive innovation in stakeholder engagement.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
