Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses with ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) experience to join its Ambulatory team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, aligned with nursing scope of practice and CCAD’s standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Perform timely patient admissions, assessments, and update care plans

• Provide direct nursing care and evaluate outcomes

• Monitor and document patient conditions and intervention effectiveness

• Assess and address patients’ and families’ educational needs

Clinical/Professional Standards

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care

• Practice according to evidence-based protocols and report potential improvements

• Respect and promote patient rights, confidentiality, and safety

• Incorporate the CCAD Professional Practice Model into daily work

• Report incidents, errors, and ensure charge capture in Epic system

Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (minimum 3-year curriculum from an accredited institution)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in an acute care setting

• Note: Fresh UAE nursing graduates may qualify after completing an approved internship

Licensing & Certification

• Valid national nursing license

• BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 3 months of hire

• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months, depending on specialty

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent English communication (oral and written); Arabic is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), ideally Epic

• Ability to work well in fast-paced, team-based environments
