Role Overview

As an F&B Service Expert, you will deliver world-class hospitality experiences with style, grace, and attention to detail. You will interact with guests at various dining venues across the hotel, ensuring exceptional service that reflects the timeless elegance of the St. Regis brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding food and beverage service to guests in a variety of settings

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure personalized, elegant service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

• Ensure compliance with brand and hygiene standards

• Work as part of a dynamic and professional team

• Communicate clearly and courteously with both guests and colleagues

• Exhibit product knowledge and recommend menu offerings

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian is required for this position

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or luxury hospitality preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to stay calm and courteous in a high-paced environment

• Passion for guest service and attention to detail
