Job Description:
GHD is seeking an experienced Site Architect to join its growing Project Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet quality, schedule, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural aspects of construction projects with other engineering disciplines.

• Lead and monitor architectural work onsite, including inspections, snagging, and submittals.

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and method statements.

• Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and safety protocols.

• Support the Resident Engineer with daily site operations and contract administration.

• Attend project and technical meetings and provide technical insights.

• Collaborate on design issues and lead efforts to resolve technical challenges.

• Provide reports, recommendations, and progress updates to the Project Manager.

• Participate in site inspections, QA/QC, and health & safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• 8–10 years of post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 5 years in similar site-based roles on large-scale projects.

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or 3Ds Max, Photoshop, MS Project or Primavera, and Office Suite.

• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulatory requirements.

• UAE Driving License preferred.

• Authority registration is a plus.
