We are hiring a skilled and engaging Female Bartender to join the team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, expert mixology skills, and a strong understanding of Italian-inspired beverages to deliver an elevated guest experience.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to AED 7,800 all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Client:
A world-renowned luxury 5-star hotel celebrated for its excellence in service, elegance, and unforgettable guest experiences, located in the vibrant city of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and arrange the bar area with necessary supplies, including glassware, liquor, garnishes, and tools before service begins.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the drink menu, ingredients, mixing methods, and presentation standards, especially for Italian-style cocktails.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by interacting with guests, taking and preparing drink orders promptly and with flair.

• Train and mentor new bartenders and bar support staff on service protocols, hygiene standards, and proper preparation techniques.

Qualifications:

• Female, 38 years old or below

• Degree or certification in hospitality, bartending, or mixology preferred

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bartender in an Italian restaurant or luxury hospitality environment

• Deep knowledge of mixology, Italian beverages, and presentation techniques

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced, high-end setting
