MONIIFY is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user-centric design solutions for its innovative digital platforms. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Dubai, ideal for creative professionals passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling experiences across web and mobile. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and content strategists to design impactful interfaces tailored to a young, digital-savvy audience.

The ideal candidate is experienced in all phases of the UX process—from research and prototyping to high-fidelity UI creation—and eager to push the boundaries of interactive design, including the integration of AR/XR, voice, and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize user experiences for web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on video and educational content.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design strategies.

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs that align with MONIIFY’s brand and audience expectations.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility throughout the implementation process.

• Enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction—particularly among Gen Z and Millennial audiences.

• Contribute to immersive experience design involving AR/XR, voice interfaces, and AI personalization.

• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for scalability and consistency.

• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices in digital media and content engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of UX design methodologies including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

• Deep understanding of user behavior, interaction design principles, and accessibility standards.

• Ability to interpret user data and apply findings to improve user experience.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Passion for storytelling, media engagement, and modern content experiences.

• Exposure to AR/XR, voice interfaces, or AI-driven design solutions is a plus.

Experience:

• 5–6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both mobile and web projects.

• Background in media, content platforms, or entertainment tech is highly desirable.

• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.
