About the Client:
Our client is a globally recognized and iconic fast-food brand with a strong presence in the UAE and across the region. They are looking to hire a Paralegal to support their expanding legal and compliance functions in Dubai.

Role Overview:
The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal support across commercial operations, vendor contracts, franchise compliance, and regulatory affairs, helping the business stay legally sound while enabling operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts with vendors and service providers

• Assist in preparing board resolutions, shareholder documents, and governance materials

• Conduct legal research on local labor laws, food safety regulations, franchise laws, and other compliance topics

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support legal compliance and mitigate risk

• Assist in managing corporate records, licensing, and renewals for entities under the brand umbrella

• Drive implementation of internal frameworks to ensure legal risk is proactively identified and mitigated across operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Arabic-speaking candidates only, currently based in the UAE

• Certificate or Degree in Law or Legal Studies

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Paralegal, preferably within the QSR, F&B, or franchise sectors

• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate, contract, labor, and franchise law

• Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple legal tasks independently and work under pressure
