A European luxury property developer with a solid footprint in the UAE is urgently hiring Senior Property Consultants in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build a network of clients to buy, sell, or rent luxury properties

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgage options, and investment opportunities

Analyze market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies
-
Create listings with detailed information and promote them via ads, listings, and open houses
-
Show properties to potential buyers and negotiate offers
-
Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and related documents
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and practices
-
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Job Requirements:
-
Must be a licensed real estate agent (active or eligible to activate license immediately)

Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in luxury property
-
Strong business development and client relationship management skills
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
-
Sound knowledge of the Dubai property market
-
Valid UAE driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 14,000–18,000/month (based on experience)
