Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build a network of clients to buy, sell, or rent luxury properties

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgage options, and investment opportunities

• Analyze market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies

• Create listings with detailed information and promote them via ads, listings, and open houses

• Show properties to potential buyers and negotiate offers

• Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and related documents

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and practices

• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently

Job Requirements:

• Must be a licensed real estate agent (active or eligible to activate license immediately)

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in luxury property

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Sound knowledge of the Dubai property market

• Valid UAE driver’s license required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 14,000–18,000/month (based on experience)
