As a Route Optimization Planner, you’ll focus on designing efficient, executable transportation routes using specialized software. You’ll collaborate with operations teams to ensure the accuracy of route data and improve the effectiveness of transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage geographic constraints and system configurations within the routing software

• Collaborate with operations to validate customer and master data

• Configure and update software settings per area/contract/station

• Generate and review optimized route plans with internal teams

• Ensure all route planning meets regulatory and contractual standards

• Join meetings to gather feedback and improve route effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Urban Planning, or related fields

• Hands-on experience in public transport planning or operations

• Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving

• Proficiency in route optimization tools/scheduling software

• Able to work well under deadlines

• Experience in transportation operations is a plus
