Profile Middle East is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the full recruitment lifecycle for international and regional projects in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. This position offers a dynamic environment with exposure to multinational recruitment operations and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, pre-screening, negotiation, and mobilization

• Assist in creating and executing sourcing plans aligned with project needs

• Publish job postings across portals, social media, and internal platforms

• Use innovative methods to attract and source top talent

• Maintain accurate candidate data in internal systems (PME database)

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and mobilization timelines

• Coordinate with agencies, PROs, and government bodies for clearance and visa processing

• Assist Operations in arranging medicals, visas, and travel logistics

• Provide timely updates to Line Manager and maintain regular reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects

• Fluency in written and spoken English

Skills & Competencies:

• Solid understanding of recruitment platforms, social media sourcing, and job portals

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Analytical mindset for reviewing sourcing effectiveness

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
