The ideal candidate will support the operations manager in ensuring effective workflow coordination, regulatory compliance, and alignment with FedEx’s global standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operational activities across departments such as air/ground logistics, linehaul, dispatch, and hub operations

• Coordinate team assignments to meet service and performance targets

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements

• Assist in planning, audits, quality checks, and reporting

• Maintain high standards of service assurance and customer support

• Support cross-functional collaboration for seamless logistics execution

• Identify and resolve operational issues with a focus on continuous improvement
