Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, specialized care for newborns in clients’ homes

• Assist families with feeding, hygiene, sleep training, and tracking developmental milestones

• Maintain accurate, digital care records using tablet-based systems

• Educate and support parents on newborn care best practices

• Respond promptly and empathetically to newborn and family needs

• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment for infants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Diploma in Midwifery, or Certificate in Caregiving/Nursing Assistance

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in newborn care

• Strong knowledge of infant health, development, and safety protocols

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Calm, patient demeanor and a high attention to detail

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
