Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Design) to lead multidisciplinary projects from inception through delivery. This high-impact role involves overseeing project strategy, quality assurance, design integration, client satisfaction, and financial performance for large-scale mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, design, and coordination

Manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and work plans

Conduct project setup, staffing, and coordination with sub-consultants

Implement and enforce QA/QC standards and project documentation procedures

Collaborate with design leaders and technical experts to achieve project goals

Ensure high-level client engagement and satisfaction across project phases

Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and invoicing documentation

Lead internal and external project meetings and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
-
Supervise and mentor team members to ensure delivery of quality outcomes

Support business development with proposal writing, client presentations, and contract negotiation
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering; Master’s/PhD is an advantage
-
Minimum 15 years of experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary design projects
-
PMP/APM certification preferred
-
Licensed Professional Architect or Engineer (internationally recognized)

Strong financial acumen and experience managing scope, schedule, and contracts
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; awareness of Revit and AutoCAD workflows
