About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Regional Visual Merchandising Manager for Tory Burch, responsible for executing and elevating visual merchandising standards across multiple GCC markets. This role will lead seasonal implementation, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and provide coaching to local VM and retail teams to deliver immersive and luxurious in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-impact visual merchandising strategies across the region in line with brand calendars and guidelines.

• Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all store locations.

• Guide, coach, and support local VM teams and store staff on maintaining visual standards.

• Regularly visit stores across UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Qatar to audit VM execution and provide improvement feedback.

• Coordinate with trade marketing teams to support store openings, seasonal rollouts, and campaign activations.

• Collaborate with the brand’s global VM team to ensure accurate regional adaptation of guidelines.

• Maintain up-to-date VM documentation and reporting, including weekly performance feedback to the central team.

• Handle collateral ordering, VM assets, and store setups for key campaigns and new launches.

Requirements to Succeed:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion/luxury retail.

• Strong project and time management skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and planning.

• Valid UAE Driving License; willing and able to travel frequently across the GCC.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, multi-market environment.
