Position Summary

As a Senior Construction Superintendent – Mechanical, you will lead and manage construction supervision and ensure that EPC contractors comply with scope, schedule, quality, and safety standards during oil & gas offshore and brownfield project executions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and enforce all aspects of construction as per EPC/FEED contracts

• Review construction plans and procedures to ensure constructability and alignment with project scope

• Monitor fabrication works at EPC contractor and subcontractor facilities

• Ensure adherence to ADNOC Offshore policies for quality assurance and inspection

• Track progress and ensure compliance with safety, schedule, and quality standards

• Support bid preparations and construction estimates

• Conduct constructability reviews and pre-commissioning procedures

• Liaise with project controls, procurement, and HSE teams

• Review technical drawings and suggest cost-effective or safety-enhancing improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 15+ years of experience in oil and gas, with 5+ years in a similar supervisory role

• PMC experience on EPC offshore brownfield production upgrade and facility modification projects preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, pre-commissioning, and change management

• Ability to interpret design documents and identify optimization opportunities
