🔍 Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with deep expertise in waste and potable water treatment. This leadership role requires strategic planning, tender management, and technical design capabilities, overseeing the development and execution of turnkey water treatment projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tender analysis and project solution design

• Interpret client requirements and prepare technical submittals, proposals, and detailed engineering designs (e.g., P&IDs, layouts, costing)

• Oversee process design, hydraulic design, procurement planning, and lifecycle costing

• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists

• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and EPC partners to ensure technical compliance and delivery success

• Review and sign-off proposals under company approval frameworks

• Identify and implement innovative technologies and solutions

• Represent MENA-Water in technical meetings, presentations, and negotiations

• Drive in-house equipment development and production processes

• Conduct HAZOP, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering

• Minimum 10 years in wastewater and potable water treatment process design

• At least 5 years in a technical leadership or managerial capacity

• Proficient in water treatment process & hydraulic design and interpretation of complex tenders

• Knowledge of international & regional water regulations and standards

• Skilled in relevant engineering and design software
