🔧 Job Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Technician to oversee a team in our Jebel Ali facility. This role focuses on supervising repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of technicians

• Conduct testing, inspection, and final quality checks on all serviced equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

• Allocate and plan resources to meet service deadlines

• Maintain proper use and calibration of plant tools and equipment

• Lead and guide a multicultural team, fostering continuous improvement

• Liaise with other departments for efficient workflow coordination

• Track team performance, provide coaching and feedback

• Promote adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations

🔍 Requirements:

• Prior experience in a workshop/factory environment, preferably in power generation or high-voltage (HV) equipment

• Demonstrated leadership of multicultural teams

• Strong technical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems
