Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily beverage operations, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Curate and maintain premium coffee and tea menus, aligned with global trends.

• Ensure the highest standards in beverage preparation and presentation.

• Train and mentor the service team, enhancing coffee knowledge and service skills.

• Collaborate with service staff and other departments to maintain outlet cleanliness and top-tier guest service.

• Participate in pre-service briefings to stay informed and aligned with hotel operations.

• Manage inventory and ensure costs are maintained within set budgets.

• Contribute to achieving and surpassing revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience as a barista in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably within the Middle East.

• Professional certification or hotel school diploma is highly desirable.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and lead a team.

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian, or German are a plus.

• A detail-oriented, hands-on professional with a deep passion for crafting high-quality beverages and delivering outstanding service.

• Knowledge of beverage trends and ability to innovate.
