Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage the architectural design and coordination of large-scale real estate development projects. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced developer environment and can manage the complete project lifecycle—from concept design to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership & Project Coordination:

• Lead concept, schematic, and design development stages in line with the company’s vision and project goals.

• Serve as the main liaison between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure integrated project execution.

• Review architectural deliverables for quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with UAE standards.

Consultant, Contractor, and BIM Management:

• Implement and manage Revit standards and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud for efficient collaboration.

• Review and provide feedback on design drawings with clear technical input and markups.

• Ensure all design modifications align with project goals and regulatory requirements.

Authority Approvals & Compliance:

• Review documentation for authority submissions and lead approval processes with UAE government bodies.

• Prepare technical sketches, respond to feedback from authorities, and secure permits on schedule.

Software & Visualization:

• Produce 2D and 3D visuals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Deliver compelling presentations and visuals for internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Documentation & Tender Support:

• Ensure design compliance with safety, code, and quality standards.

• Support the development of technical specifications and tender documentation.

Multidisciplinary Coordination & Site Support:

• Coordinate early with MEP, structural, and other disciplines to reduce design clashes.

• Conduct site inspections and offer technical support during the construction phase.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 12 years of architectural experience, with 8+ years in the UAE/GCC real estate sector (preferably in a developer role)

• Strong portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

Key Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, BIM 360, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Solid knowledge of UAE regulations and approval processes (DM, DDA, ADM, etc.)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination capabilities
