Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with deep expertise in diesel generator systems, specifically for mission-critical applications within the Oil & Gas and Data Center sectors. This role is crucial for executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding our industrial client base, and boosting our market share in high-demand segments.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a focused sales strategy targeting Oil & Gas, Data Center, and other heavy industries.

Generate new business opportunities for diesel generator sets and hybrid power solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders.

Provide technical expertise on generator sizing, load calculations, power integration, and system design.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Collaborate with engineering, technical, and service teams to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to fine-tune sales tactics.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sales of diesel generators and power systems.

Demonstrated success in Oil & Gas and/or Data Center industry sales.

Solid understanding of diesel/gas engines, alternators, and generator control systems.

History of winning high-value projects involving EPCs and large industrial clients.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic or French is an advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV) systems, and UPS integration.

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
