Job Overview:
Our client, a renowned Dubai-based real estate developer known for delivering high-rise towers and premium residential projects, is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to lead and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury industries and a passion for customer engagement and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.

• Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to optimize performance.

• Oversee sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Foster and manage strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and launch innovative sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Aged 40 or below.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Aviation, Luxury Hospitality, High-End Retail, or Real Estate.

• Prior experience in off-plan or developer sales is a plus.
