VRAI, a fast-growing digital-first, direct-to-consumer diamond jewelry brand, is seeking a skilled and driven Production Manager to join its team in Dubai. VRAI is known for modernizing the diamond industry with a focus on sustainability, exclusively using lab-grown diamonds, and delivering premium craftsmanship. The company has a global presence with offices in major cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Shanghai, Chicago, London, Madrid, and Copenhagen.

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end jewelry manufacturing operations. This includes maintaining quality standards, managing high-volume production, and ensuring timely delivery across all SKUs. You’ll lead vendor relationships, optimize operational workflows, and contribute to inventory and demand planning. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with a sharp operational mindset and a deep understanding of jewelry production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily jewelry production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.

• Oversee vendor relationships including onboarding, performance tracking, and capacity planning.

• Improve operational workflows to reduce lead times and support coordination with design, merchandising, and planning teams.

• Manage order processing across sales and transfer orders and coordinate with third-party logistics providers.

• Provide updates on production schedules and material usage while identifying and mitigating production risks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in jewelry production, including a minimum of 2 years in a management role.

• In-depth knowledge of production processes from raw materials through final quality control.

• Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance workflows.

• Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain planning tools.

• Excellent communication, organization, and vendor management capabilities.
