Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out industries, with the ability to accurately calculate costs and collaborate across departments to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and custom furniture projects.

• Interpret architectural and technical drawings to determine material, labor, and time requirements.

• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams for consistent pricing and scheduling.

• Research and maintain supplier pricing and update internal cost databases regularly.

• Ensure estimates meet client expectations and adhere to project budgets.

• Identify cost efficiencies without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as an Estimator in the furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out industry.

• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and labor estimation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
