Lindenberg Emirates LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC works and/or live process plant environments, with in-depth knowledge of LOTO procedures, risk assessments, and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on project sites.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations with follow-up on corrective actions.

• Implement emergency response plans and lead safety training sessions for site personnel.

• Develop, update, and enforce HSE policies and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare detailed safety reports.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an engineering discipline (MOHESR equivalency required).

• Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience in EPC projects or operational process plants.

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory; IOSH or OSHA certification is a plus.

• SOE membership or valid engineering license is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of HSE standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

• Skilled in root cause analysis, hazard identification, and safety planning.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English is essential; Arabic is a plus).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
