Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Exchange team in Dubai. This hybrid role involves crafting high-performance, intuitive web and mobile trading experiences for crypto users. You’ll be a core member of a cross-functional product team, owning the design process from research to execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design of complex product features on Crypto.com’s Exchange platform

• Turn customer insights and data into engaging design concepts and user experiences

• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to iterate and ship features

• Shape the product roadmap with strategic input and UX insights

• Promote best design practices and raise the bar across the design organization

• Mentor other designers and foster a strong, collaborative team culture

• Continuously improve design processes, principles, and tools to stay industry-leading

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience designing B2C digital products/services

• Strong portfolio showcasing product design for web and mobile platforms

• Expert-level skills in UX thinking, user journey mapping, and visual design

• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools

• Experience collaborating with engineers, researchers, and product managers

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale clearly

• Strong understanding of crypto or experience with trading platforms is a big plus
