Are you a driven and passionate professional ready to take your real estate career to the next level? We are seeking experienced, self-motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai on a commission-only basis. You will be the key liaison between buyers and sellers, offering expert advice, matching clients with properties, and guiding them throughout the sales and rental process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients for buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, landlords, and stakeholders.

• Conduct property viewings and present exclusive listings with professionalism.

• Negotiate sales and rental agreements to close deals efficiently.

• Keep up-to-date records of clients, properties, and transactions in CRM systems.

• Stay informed on the latest market trends, regulations, and real estate best practices.

• Actively generate leads through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM platforms.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• RERA certification preferred (support provided if not certified).
