Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of strategic communications tailored to client objectives.

  • Conduct audience research to tailor messaging for impact.

  • Build cohesive messaging frameworks and value propositions.

  • Design integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.

  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and manage external communication.

  • Define KPIs and reporting metrics for campaign performance.

  • Serve as a key client contact for strategy-related deliverables.

  • Collaborate with PR, digital, creative, and content teams.

  • Monitor industry trends and apply innovative techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years in consulting and communications strategy (agency/consultancy preferred).

    • Proven success in executing multi-channel communications strategies.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities.

    • Excellent communication (verbal and written).

    • Proficiency in digital platforms and social media.

    • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.

    • Team player with the ability to build client relationships.

    • Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
