Job Title: IT Support & Equipment Logistics Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support & Equipment Logistics Associate to assist with equipment retrieval and delivery, provide technical troubleshooting support, and help with documentation and evaluation tasks. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in IT support and hardware logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve equipment for repair or maintenance and deliver newly repaired or replacement units.

• Assist end users with troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues both in person and remotely.

• Support the in-house team by preparing accurate paperwork for technical evaluations and asset tracking.

• Conduct research and prepare clear and accurate documentation and reports.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in remote installation, upgrades, and component-level troubleshooting/repair of personal computers.

• Capable of diagnosing and resolving issues related to smartphone applications and software.

• Experience or training in enterprise-level image deployment is highly desirable.

• Skilled in asset maintenance, fault-finding, and installation of IT inventory components.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Location: Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
