Job Title: Junior Accountant / Finance Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant / Finance Executive to support our finance department in day-to-day operations, monthly closings, tax reporting, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards, and will play a crucial role in supporting senior management through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine accounting systems and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Support the external audit process and handle auditor queries and documentation.

• Aid in the preparation of tax computations and returns.

• Provide financial assessments to assist management in strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline finance-related operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• Sound knowledge of financial statements, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.

• Strong communication and coordination skills for inter-department collaboration.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

• Previous experience or internship in the finance sector is preferred.
