Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Logistics Supervisor to lead and grow teams within its Amazon Logistics (AMZL) and Fulfillment Center (FC) environments in Dubai. This critical operations role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a drive to improve processes and exceed performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership:
  Supervise daily workflows for 30–40 team members, including Operations Assistants and Delivery Service Providers. Assign duties, allocate labor, and lead shift meetings.

• Team Management:
  Build and lead high-performance teams, promote a safe and motivating environment, and ensure adherence to Amazon’s safety standards.

• Performance Monitoring:
  Analyze KPIs to identify root causes of inefficiencies. Take proactive steps to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Process Improvement:
  Use data and problem-solving skills to implement process enhancements. Become a subject matter expert in core logistics and FC operations.

• Collaboration & Communication:
  Drive alignment between internal stakeholders and external vendors. Clearly communicate daily performance metrics and updates.

• Inventory Management:
  Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee flow of goods within the fulfillment center.

• Technology & Tools:
  Ensure operational technology runs smoothly and support implementation of new systems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of Amazon blue badge/FTE experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing teams and performance

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, or holidays

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Physically capable of moving equipment/products up to 100 lbs during shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in performance metrics, Lean/Kaizen, or process improvement

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Logistics

• Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
