Miral Destinations is hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Birthday Product Manager to design, manage, and execute world-class birthday experiences across all Yas Theme Parks. The role involves creative package development, client relationship management, and sales performance leadership—perfect for professionals passionate about events and guest satisfaction in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve engaging birthday packages based on market trends, client feedback, and guest expectations.

• Achieve and exceed annual birthday sales targets across theme park assets.

• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and tailor birthday solutions that exceed expectations.

• Conduct ongoing market analysis to ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, F&B, Guest Services) to ensure flawless event execution.

• Lead site inspections and proactively identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.

• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.

• Accurately track leads and activities using CRM tools to manage pipeline and reporting.

• Provide on-site support for weekend events as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event or birthday product management, ideally within theme parks or destination venues.

• Proven background in account management and client negotiation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and event management tools.

Desirable:

• Fluency in Arabic and/or an additional language.

• Experience in omni-channel guest service environments.
