Mai Dubai™ is launching its Graduate Accelerated Program – TOMOOH, targeting ambitious and driven UAE National graduates. This full-time, on-site opportunity in the Governance & Compliance department is designed to provide recent graduates with foundational experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The program includes departmental rotations, offering exposure to core business functions and a pathway to accelerated career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Support the preparation and review of internal compliance reports and risk assessments.

• Conduct research on current governance and compliance trends and regulatory changes.

• Help identify, evaluate, and mitigate regulatory and compliance risks.

• Participate in internal and compliance audit activities.

• Provide administrative support to governance and compliance functions.

• Assist in maintaining governance-related documents, reports, and records.

• Participate in training initiatives related to risk management and compliance.

• Track progress and contribute to the reporting of compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Training:

• Recent UAE National graduate (within the last 1–2 years).

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

• Proficient in English.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Interest in governance, risk, and compliance disciplines.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX) is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication (verbal and written).

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Effective multitasking and time management abilities.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently as well.
