ACWA Power is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join the team at its NE1 CSP Plant. This full-time, on-site role involves inventory management, material handling, stock control, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in storekeeping within a process or utility industry.
As Store Keeper, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and documenting supplies and equipment, while maintaining an organized warehouse and assisting with hazardous material handling and disposal. This role requires technical knowledge, precision, and a strong commitment to safe practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Duties:

Manage plant inventory including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials.

Inspect incoming shipments, reconcile with purchase orders, and document discrepancies or damages.

Maintain accurate stock records and issue materials as per requests.

Handle and document hazardous material storage and movement.
-
Segregate and dispose of waste appropriately; return non-conforming items.

Ensure warehouse and records are neat, compliant, and up to date.

Answer queries and resolve issues related to delivery, warranty, repairs, and surplus.
Health, Safety, Security & Environment:

Comply with all HSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) protocols and procedures.

Monitor and report environmental parameters and deviations.

Maintain awareness of safe handling, storage, and disposal practices, especially for chemicals and hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

Technical Certificate or Associate’s Diploma in any discipline.

3–5 years of relevant experience in a process or utility industry storekeeping role.
Skills Required:

Knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental) systems.

Familiarity with handling and environmental impact of chemicals.

Understanding of waste segregation and disposal regulations.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Strong organizational and communication abilities.
