Role Overview

As a Senior Relationship Officer, you’ll be a key player in growing RAKBANK’s credit card and personal loan (PL/CC) portfolio. Your role is centered on driving direct sales, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional banking solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell credit cards and personal loans to new and existing clients.

  • Establish partnerships with organizations to drive corporate tie-ups and lead generation.

  • Plan and execute promotional events, roadshows, and group presentations to attract new clients.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and share market insights to optimize product offerings.

  • Contribute to sales planning and forecasting as part of the budgeting process.

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across retail banking products.

  • Track and report on performance against targets.

  • Recommend improvements in products and processes based on client feedback and market trends.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail or business banking.

  • Proven track record in sales with a strong ability to exceed targets.

  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, especially credit cards and personal loans.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and results-driven attitude.

  • Ability to analyse market data and present strategic insights.
