Role Purpose
The Settlements & Salvage Executive plays a critical role in managing and processing motor insurance claims—specifically bodily injury, total loss, and legal claims—in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Handle registration, documentation, and processing of motor claims involving bodily injury.

Manage total loss claims: assess, negotiate, and settle compensation, ensuring complete documentation and communication.

Coordinate payments to government entities and legal professionals, ensuring proper approvals.

Review, verify, and process legal and court invoices.

Report major losses to reinsurers and underwriters.

Prepare weekly salvage reports and follow up on unresolved cases.

Monitor reserves for injury and legal claims to ensure proper financial provisioning.

Support the legal team by compiling claim documentation for litigation or arbitration.

Collaborate with medical experts and adjusters to assess injury claims.

Respond to and manage customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–2 years of experience in motor claims handling.
-
Insurance certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.

Strong documentation and reporting ability.
Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
