Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage import planning and inventory forecasting. This role is essential in ensuring product availability, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import planning and supply forecasting activities.

• Ensure optimal stock coverage based on forecasted demand.

• Prepare and coordinate supplier-wise order inventory plans.

• Generate purchase orders and post them in the ERP system.

• Track and follow up on deliveries from suppliers.

• Coordinate with internal teams: Category, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics.

• Maintain consistent product availability and inventory health.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate.
