Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for various marketing channels, including brochures, social media posts, banners, and website content.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative design strategies.

• Create visually compelling promotional materials for both online and offline campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and platforms.

• Edit and optimize images and layouts for use across print and digital media.

• Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and uphold the company’s visual identity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate or marketing industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.

• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
