Job Title: Gravure Printing Operator

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Single-Unit Gravure Operator for our production facility in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with gravure printing, with a strong focus on quality and operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the gravure printing machines while ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain single-unit gravure printing machines.

• Monitor print quality throughout the production process and adjust machine settings to achieve optimal results.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth machine operation.

• Ensure strict adherence to production schedules and safety standards.

• Inspect the final output for quality assurance, ensuring all printed materials meet specifications.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in gravure printing.

• Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of gravure printing processes and equipment.

• Familiarity with gravure inks, cylinders, and various substrates.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
